Godel is on the looking for a talented HR People Partner to join the fast growing team!

Our People Partners team at Godel Technologies focuses on developing a positive employee experience that enables people to perfectly do their job and to stay happy and inspired. We aspire for greater achievements, foster friendship as well as constant personal and professional growth within teams and across the company.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • To be a team-player and people oriented;

  • Result driven and getting things done focused;

  • Build trusted relationships throughout the organization;
  • Navigating and resolving employee relation issues;
  • Constantly monitor employees’ satisfaction rate;
  • Anticipate and communicate peoples’ needs and recommend feasible, impactful solutions;
  • Advise Godel managers and clients on people related issues;
  • Help managers to identify and solve risk that result in employees’ retention and motivation;
  • Strengthen and support the company internal HR brand and internal communications;
  • Assist programs, policies, and culture
  • Support and improve core HR processes (onboarding, evaluation, education and development, exit);
  • Help with understanding of employee policies and practices, strive to clarify and interpret them for others;
  • Participating in programs that help to develop our People;
  • Gather best practices from across the organization with the aim to continuously improve and iterate on programs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience of HR People Partner, or HR Generalist, or HR BP or Retention specialist, preferably in the technology industry;
  • Respected for being a thoughtful, smart, open-minded, initiative, positive individual eager to learn;
  • Loving fast-paced, get-things-done environments;
  • Ability to prioritize and use data to proceed with decisions;
  • Holistic and creative problem solver;
  • Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal) both in English (upper/advanced level) and Russian;
  • Clearly understand core HR processes and their business value;
  • Experience in establishing and strengthening positive work culture;
